New York State Police are looking for a Herkimer County man on charges that he failed to appear in the Town of Litchfield Court on sexual misconduct charges. 36-year-old Michael Jones was arrested back in February of 2014 on charges that he allegedly was involved in the sexual assault of a cow at a Town of Litchfield farm.
